HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR THOSE JOINING US FOR THE FIRST TIME

When you arrive at the grounds you may pull up next to the stalling barns and unload. The stall assignments will be released the week prior to the show. If you have never been to the GIHP before and are not sure how to make out the barn maps please reach out and we will be glad to help you further.

Stall assignments are released during the week prior to the show. Please use the form on the site or facebook page to reserve your stall prior to attending so we can be prepared for you.

The show office is located in the building next to the covered arena, just come on in and we will get you taken care of.

If you haul in late and the office is closed your stalls will be unlocked and waiting on you. If you know you will be late and have requested an RV site please let us know you will be late and we will be sure to unlock a site box for you.

All sites have electric and water, and **some have sewer. There is a dump station on the grounds. The sites are not all the same, extra lengths of sewer hose may be needed to get connected for some campers. There are shower facilities at the campground area as well.

We try to build out our schedule to allow for the least amount of conflicts, however, we understand with multiple arenas there are bound to be some issues. We are glad to work with our exhibitors to make sure they get the most out of every show weekend. if you run into conflicts at the ring(s) let us know and we will hold/adjust accordingly.

We do not always have someone at the gates to hand out ribbons, but they will be available at the check in tables by each ring. High Point and Res. High Point for divisions will be available in the office and ready for pick up shortly after all division classes are completed and calculated.
